This soothing class helps reduce stiffness, support physical and mental health, and promote better relaxation. Using hammocks, blocks, rollers and longer-held poses, you’ll gently release tight muscles and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and re-energized.

Cancellation Policy
Important Studio Policies: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in a $10 fee. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 5 hours in advance through the Mindbody app. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $10–$20 fee, depending on the class type or situation. Purchase Policy: All class purchases are non-refundable, including drop-ins, class packs, and intro offers.
