Strong Start Foundations

If you’ve been feeling stiff, weaker than you used to, or unsure where to begin — this program is for you.

Strong Start Foundations is a 4 week onboarding experience designed to help you build strength safely and confidently.

You'll Receive:

• 4 guided classes over 4 weeks


• Personal support from our team


• Help choosing the right beginner classes


• Clear instruction on form and technique


• A safe, supportive environment to build confidence

After you register, we’ll personally connect with you to help you choose your starting classes — such as:

​

  • Stretch, Flex & Flow

  • Strength Foundations

  • Or Strength Circuit (with guidance)

​

You are never left to figure it out alone. By the end of four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more capable, and ready to continue training with confidence.
