Sunday Hammock Restore & Tea Retreat

Service Description

Join us for a relaxing half-day retreat beginning at **4:00 PM on Sunday** and concluding at **6:00 PM**, with the option to stay for a **Restorative Yoga session at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM**. Spend the afternoon unwinding in our hammocks, enjoying gentle movement, guided journaling, tea, meaningful conversation, aroma and sound therapy, and a guided meditation designed to help you slow down, reflect, and recharge. **A Meaningful Gift Exchange** As part of our retreat experience, we invite each participant to bring **7–10 small gifts** (final number to be confirmed) to share with the group. These gifts should be simple, affordable, and meaningful. They may be handmade, found in nature, gently used, or something that brings you joy. Examples might include a seashell collected on a special walk, a flower from your garden, a favorite cookie recipe, a handwritten note, a small crystal, a bookmark, or another thoughtful item. The intention is not to spend money, but to share something that holds personal meaning or value to you. During the retreat, each participant will receive a gift from every other participant, creating a beautiful exchange of generosity, connection, and gratitude. Please bring: * A teacup and saucer (vintage, antique, or any special cup you love) * Comfortable clothing * A blanket (optional) * A journal and writing materials **Cost** * Studio Members: Free (optional donation to the studio appreciated) * Non-Members: $45 Take a few hours just for yourself and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.
